Rosé wines are an ideal pick for these warm evenings that have arrived. These wines are highly versatile and great with any bbq or picnic.
Rosé wines are generally made from red grapes. It depends on the country, but the popular grape varieties are Grenache, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Cinsault. Their pink color depends on the amount of time the grape skin stays in contact with the juice. The longer the grape skins are left sitting on the wine, the darker the color of the finished rosé.
